  • Occupational Therapy (OT) is a healthcare profession grounded in the belief that wellbeing is achieved through participation in meaningful and purposeful activities (occupations).

Occupational therapists support people who are recovering from illness or living with disability, trauma, mental ill health or neurodivergence to live their lives in ways that feel more meaningful and enjoyable.

We’ll work together to find practical, realistic strategies to support your independence and wellbeing.

    This can include:

    • Making and establishing a daily routine

    • Exploring strategies for sleep

    • Meal planning & cooking

    • Strategies for managing stress and emotions

    • Exploring values, identity and self-connection

    • Building skills towards work, organising, school or study

    • Support to build or maintain friendships and social connections

    • Learning life skills

    • Exploring meaningful leisure activities

I’ll work alongside you at your pace, in your environment, and according to what’s most important to you.

  • I require notice of at least 2 business days if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

    Example:

    • If your appointment is on Friday, please let me know by Wednesday.

    • Weekend days (Saturday and Sunday) are not counted as business days.

If notice is not provided within this timeframe, the appointment may be charged, as the time has already been allocated to you.

This policy is in line with NDIS guidelines and ensures fair and consistent practice for all clients.

  • I offer in person and telehealth appointments. In person appointments are usually completed at your home.

Because of my schedule, my availability for home visit appointments is limited - get in touch to discuss your options.

  • I work under NDIS funding to provide holistic occupational therapy assessment and intervention, with a focus on supporting people who are neurodiverse and experience mental distress.

I enjoy working with transgender and queer people, and people of all backgrounds.

    Areas of focus:

    • Daily activities, routine building

    • Autistic Burnout recovery

    • Building skills in self-advocacy

    • Sensory assessment and modulation

    • Functional capacity assessments and reports

    • Improving social connections

  • Yes, please! I accept self referrals, or referrals from support coordinators and agencies.

I only work on Fridays, so my availability is limited and I may have a waitlist.

I can currently only accept referrals from people who have NDIS plans that are self managed or plan managed.
